Urinal Industrial Design in Siemens NX - Basic Strategy Guide w/Surfacing

The design of everything under the sun, including urinals is crucial for the products to be sold and cherished. The shapes, textures and color choices of an industrial designer are what drive the eventual ocular bliss of the customers that they serve. On a recent trip to the Biosphere in England I was intrigued by the beautiful design of the urinals. The semi-elliptical form as well as how they hung off of the wall created a great presentation. I think the point here is that great design is great design, even a urinal can functional yet poses an inspiring look.

Using various surface tools, a model of a perfect urinal was created.  Industrial design should serve to make the users of a product happy. Industrial design knows no boundaries. Whether it’s a table, a chair, a car or a jet plane, we humans demand that the products that you buy and use be appealing. The bathroom in a high-end establishment has a use for well-designed toilets, sinks urinals and the like. This post shows surface techniques that establish an optimal design.
